agentyo is a boutique AI consultancy. We help businesses design, build and deploy technology solutions, including:

• agentic AI and automation;
• enterprise AI platforms and AI-powered software engineering;
• data engineering, MLOps and AI governance;
• cloud native AI services and AI-augmented CI/CD;
• industry-specific AI solutions.

The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement. Information on this website is for general information only and does not form an offer.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the "agentyo" name and design elements, is owned by or licensed to AGENTYO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Ownership of, and licences to, deliverables created in a client engagement are governed by the agreement for that engagement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and materials, and of anything we develop independently of the engagement.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
